Monica's main goal in life is to help others. Before stepping into the world of realty, Monica used her criminal justice degree to work within Boys Town and Federal Probation within the federal system. Now she continues her passion of helping others by always giving her clients the best experience possible.


Monica prides herself in being completely client-oriented rather than money-motivated. Unlike the typical realtor, she truly cares about the client as an individual with real needs. She always respectfully listens to the client so that they can work together successfully. Throughout the entire buying or selling process, Monica remains very supportive, attending all aspects of the sale, including walk-throughs, inspections, and closings. When handling negotiations, Monica always keeps her clients' needs at the forefront of her mind.


Monica got started with Real Estate since 2015. Prior to that Monica had some properties as rentals. Because of Monica's experience in buying and managing rentals, she can offer a valuable perspective to her clients and give helpful and honest advice along the way.


In her first three years of Real Estate, Monica started her Real Estate Team the Home Heart Team.  Being the team leader Monica is very particular about who joins her team.  Monica wants to ensure the highest quality of service is provided along with honesty and integrity.

Crystal has a strong background in entrepreneurship. Crystal has her certification in Interior Design. Runs a successful Real Estate business as a member of the Home Heart Team and runs Tipico Helado along with her husband.

Crystal is detail oriented, enthusiastic, dedicated and Bilingual young lady with a very strong work ethic.


Growing up in a family that was actively involved in the Real Estate business is what most influenced her career choice. Crystal has experience behind the scenes in both the commercial and residential design industries but found her passion in helping families create a space they absolutely love. Now her goal is to help families find a place they absolutely love!


Her goal as a realtor is to provide her clients with the upmost integrity and unparalleled customer service and to conduct her Real Estate business with complete honesty and sincerity. She is eager to serve her community and clients, and look forward to building relationships along the way as she helps them find that beautiful place they can call HOME!

Monique is the youngest licensed Realtor of the Home Heart Team. Monique was previously   working as both the administrative assistant and transaction coordinator to the team since January of 2020.  Her experience as an administrative assistant and transaction coordinator has provided her the knowledge to jump right into her Real Estate Career.

Monica got started with realty when she and her husband began buying properties to rent to families. After buying a few properties her interest in real estate grew tremendously as she saw it as a bigger outlet for her passion. Now she has been a realtor for over one-and-a-half years. Because of Monica's experience in buying and selling properties of her own, she can offer a valuable perspective to her clients and give helpful and honest advice along the way.

During her time as a realtor, Monica has earned the 2016 Cartus Excellence Award. She is also the recipient of the Quality Service Producer for two years in a row, proving that her clients are consistently satisfied with her work. Monica is one of Navy Federals preferred agent for their Realty Plus buyers rewards program and USAA's Real Estate Rewards program.
