Monica's main goal in life is to help others. Before stepping into the world of realty, Monica used her criminal justice degree to work within Boys Town and Federal Probation within the federal system. Now she continues her passion of helping others by always giving her clients the best experience possible.
Monica prides herself in being completely client-oriented rather than money-motivated. Unlike the typical realtor, she truly cares about the client as an individual with real needs. She always respectfully listens to the client so that they can work together successfully. Throughout the entire buying or selling process, Monica remains very supportive, attending all aspects of the sale, including walk-throughs, inspections, and closings. When handling negotiations, Monica always keeps her clients' needs at the forefront of her mind.
Monica got started with Real Estate in 2015. Prior to that Monica had some properties as rentals. Because of Monica's experience in buying and managing rentals, she can offer a valuable perspective to her clients and give helpful and honest advice along the way.
Monica not only has experience in residential sales. Her experience expands to commercial sales. Wether it's an apartment building you have in mind or a storefront, Monica can guide you through the way.
In her first three years of Real Estate, Monica started her Real Estate Team the Home Heart Team. Being the team leader Monica is very particular about who joins her team. Monica wants to ensure the highest quality of service is provided along with honesty and integrity.
